How it Works

Charles H. Ganske Personal Jeweler L.L.C. is a “concierge” business. That means that I have a boutique storefront that I invite you to visit, but my real focus is on providing highly personalized professional assistance for your jewelry needs. By keeping my “service high and overhead low” I can be more nimble and I’m able to offer you better education and service, wider selection, better pricing and more privacy.

First, visit the boutique, call me, or email me. I maintain regular hours at the boutique but I also gladly work by appointment to accommodate your schedule. We’ll discuss your jewelry needs; what you’ve done in the past, your needs now, your style and budget. I’ll offer insight and suggestions.

We’ll peruse my carefully curated inventory or discuss custom design. If I don’t have the perfect item, I’ll either create it for you or source it. I’ll very likely send you pictures by email or have the jewelry sent directly to me to show you.

We’ll review the jewelry choices and I’ll provide education and guidance. If you’re not close enough to visit the boutique or meet in person, I can work around that. I’ve worked for remote clients for a long time!
